We are close to 25 signatures from Belgium, France, Zimbabwe, Peru, Switzerland and Jordan! It seems word-of-mouth works the best so please keep pushing this petition to your friends and family relatives <3

Two updates:

• added a bit of background information on the topic in the form of 2 videos and 2 scientific papers - if you have useful content to share, feel free to send it to me!
• after a (heated but interesting) debate on Reddit it seems this triggers a risk for Net Neutrality. Indeed, we don't want governments to say what we can and cannot visit. So I've changed the proposal a bit, towards obligating all ISP to provide a simple way for customers to set the traffic of their router to "safe" or "full" at no extra charge.
