One final push before the Article 4 consultation closes on FRIDAY at 5pm.
Firstly, a huge thank you again to everyone who has signed the petition and helped us get this far. Your support allowed residents to take advice, challenge what was happening and push for much greater scrutiny around HMOs locally.
The Article 4 Direction is now in force, but the consultation is still open until 5pm tomorrow, Friday 18 September, before the council makes its final decision.
If you live in Ribble Valley and haven’t already done so, please send a short email confirming that you support the Article 4 Direction and want it to remain in place:

It doesn’t need to be long, even a couple of sentences helps demonstrate that residents want proper planning oversight of small HMOs.
