Prosecutions and Full Transparency Involving Jeffrey Epstein and His Associates NOW

Prosecutions and Full Transparency Involving Jeffrey Epstein and His Associates NOW
The Issue
We, the undersigned, urgently call on the Attorney General of the United States, federal law enforcement, and elected officials at every level to take immediate, lawful action in response to the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein.
Significant records—including court filings, investigative materials, and related case documents—remain partially redacted or undisclosed. Survivors and the public deserve transparency, and justice demands that credible evidence be fully pursued.
We specifically call on the U.S. Department of Justice, under the leadership of Merrick Garland, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to:
- Pursue prosecution without delay of any individuals where sufficient admissible evidence exists, including:
- Presenting cases to grand juries where appropriate
- Filing charges supported by evidence and pursuing them through trial
- Ensuring no individual is shielded from prosecution due to wealth, status, or influence
- Expand and prioritize investigations into all credible leads, ensuring that potential co-conspirators or enablers are fully examined under the law
- Publicly affirm a commitment to equal enforcement, making clear that accountability applies to all individuals under the same legal standards
- Actively seek the unsealing and lawful release of records, including:
- Federal and state court filings and dockets
- Documents associated with civil cases such as Giuffre v. Maxwell
- Investigative records and materials, to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Minimize redactions wherever legally possible, ensuring transparency while fully protecting victims’ identities
We further call on the Attorney General to:
- Review past prosecutorial decisions for transparency and accountability
- Publicly report findings, where appropriate, to restore trust in the justice system
We strongly call upon members of the United States Congress and all elected officials to act immediately by:
- Demanding full briefings and updates from federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation
- Initiating and holding public oversight hearings to examine investigative and prosecutorial decisions
- Issuing subpoenas where necessary to obtain relevant records and testimony
- Advancing legislation that strengthens transparency, accountability, and protections for victims of exploitation
- Publicly committing to ongoing oversight until all credible evidence has been fully investigated and addressed
This petition does not make allegations against any individual. It demands evidence-based prosecution, lawful transparency, and equal accountability under the law.
No person should be beyond prosecution where credible evidence exists. No record should remain hidden where lawful disclosure is possible. Elected officials have a duty to act—and the public is demanding it.
Call to Action:
Sign this petition to demand decisive prosecution, full transparency, and immediate action from those elected to uphold the law.
