Cat viciously Murdered by a man with a Hammer, on reportedly, Kettler Avenue, Mozart, Wheeling, WV.
We are requesting Mr. Joseph Canestraro, the Marshall County Prosecutor, West Virginia, investigate this action of Animal Cruelty. Reportedly, BABY, a 20 year old cat, was abused and killed by a neighbor with a hammer. Baby was missing. After the abuse and murder, the person threw the lifeless body down over a hill. This event was discovered to have been recorded on a Ring Camera. Reportedly, there is evidence.
In this case, it is imperative for justice to not only be pursued but served. We address this plea to mf. Joseph Canestraro, the prosecuting attorney, urging a comprehensive investigation into this disturbing act of cruelty.
