There are currently plans in motion to cut down 14 large gumtrees in the Greenock Centenary Park to enable the Cricket Nets to be relocated. 

We are petitioning Light Council to reconsider the location of the Cricket Net redevelopment and save the trees by utilizing the site better. These trees provide a home for natural fauna and wildlife and create a beautiful backdrop to our town. Please sign the petition and get along to support our cause.
