Aragon Project Update: Following Up on the April 13th Meeting

Hi Everyone,

I want to thank everyone who stepped up for the April 13th Council meeting. The volume of correspondence you sent and the time many of you spent at Saanich Hall demonstrated clearly that our community is deeply engaged and well-informed.

You all did your part, and it made a real impact. Thank you!

The agenda for the April 13th meeting was extremely ambitious, and while the meeting ran until 1:00 a.m., unfortunately, the Chamber’s motion—being the last item on the agenda—was not reached and has been postponed. We have been informed that this item could be rescheduled for the Council meeting on May 4th. 

We will keep you posted as soon as we have official confirmation.

The effort you put into the last meeting proved to Saanich that we are a formidable, organized group.
