Dear Neighbors,

We want to share that we are cancelling the petition you have already signed electronically.

The main reason for this cancellation is that the online platform does not provide the information required for the HOA to properly verify signatures. Specifically, when we export the signature list, it does not include property addresses, and due to privacy restrictions, there is no way for us to obtain them. Since the HOA must confirm that each signature belongs to a valid homeowner, this creates a serious issue and could lead to the petition being rejected.

Additionally, out of the 75 signatures collected so far, approximately 25 do not appear to be from homeowners based on Palm Beach County property records. If any of you signed on behalf of the owner, please reach out to me to collect the correct signature to be considered on the counting. Each signature is very important to us. To ensure that our efforts are effective and taken seriously, we have already started a paper version of the petition. We will be going in person to meet with those who signed online in order to collect verified signatures along with property addresses, as required.
