After receiving feedback from several homeowners who reviewed the proposal, we made a small adjustment to the petition. The updated version now clarifies that Board members who have already served six years (two terms) would be eligible to run again after a three-year waiting period.

We wanted to inform you about this change because you already signed the petition, and we believe it is important to be transparent and not misleading in any way. The intention of the proposal remains the same: to encourage periodic rotation on the Board while still allowing experienced members to return after a break.

The petition page has been updated to reflect this clarification.
