These actions are important to all U.S. Citizens so that the integrity of our governmental, judicial, and educational institutions, are bolstered and maintained. 

With the new Presidential immunity just granted to U.S. Presidents by the U.S. Supreme Court, below is a list of actions President Biden should seriously consider acting upon as quickly as possible (the list is not in any particular order). 

1) Add four (4) additional justices to the U.S. Supreme Court.

2) Place a new, binding, code of ethics on U.S. Supreme Court justices.

3) Create a new arm of the U.S. Supreme Court, or the Dept. of Justice, whose sole purpose is to investigate any credible allegations of corruption, ethics violations, and/or, illegal activity(s), with the necessary powers to fulfill the duties of the new office.

4) Make it illegal for all Federal, State, and/or local, politicians and/or employees (to include all justices, and the U.S. President) to accept bribes, or special gifts of more than $10.00 in value, either directly or indirectly.

5) Pass a law/Presidential Executive Order that corporations are business entities and not people, or persons.

6) Pass a law/Presidential Executive Order to re-establish the powers of the agencies of the government (SEC, FDA, EPA, et al) that recently had powers stripped away by the U.S. Supreme Court.

7) Make the territories of, Puerto Rico and Guam, into States.

8) Require States to allow all registered voters who are out of state (e.g. RVers, Sailors, mobile workers, travelers, etc.) to easily vote in State, Local, and Federal elections.

9) Create a new national health system for all U.S. citizens.

10) Create a task force to work with other countries that have national health systems (i.e. most other countries) to establish health care sharing across national networks. This would allow foreign nationals who are legally working, or traveling, in another country to automatically have health care coverage.

11) Make it illegal for corporations to donate to politicians, their staff, including current, and/or former, Presidents, and/or political campaigns at all levels (local, State, Federal) either directly or indirectly (no more super-pacs).

12) Rejoin the Paris Climate Accord.

13) Make addressing and taking actionable steps to mitigate climate change a top, national, priority.

14) Make abortions legal across all 50 States and all territories.

15) Make gender affirming care legal across all 50 states and territories.

16) Formalize the separation of church and state so that there is a clear delineation between the two. (i.e. No agency, Federal, State or Local, can require:

  - public schools and/or universities to teach from religious books (e.g.  the Bible, the Koran, the Torah, etc.);

  - public schools, or public institutions, to display religious doctrine(s) (e.g. the Ten (10) Commandments; etc.)

17) Pass a law/Presidential Executive Order that all U.S. Presidents must obey the applicable U.S. laws, and U.S Constitution, while they are serving as U.S. President (no Presidential immunity for committing, or causing others to commit, illegal acts while President).

18) Pass a law/Presidential Executive Order that any, and all, proposed changes to any, or all, of the above items must be approved by a unanimous vote of the full Congress. Or, include such language as part of each of the above items.
