Thank you for your continued interest and support in this campaign.

The narrative coming from the Scottish Government is that how could anyone not want the best outcomes for the smallest and sickest babies, as that is what The Best Start and subsequent recommendations are about.

This is the message being sent to parents and families who have experienced Neo Natal life. 

The messages around the valid concerns are no where in that narrative.

The link below is the survey from the Scottish Government about HOW they can make the decision to only having 3 NICU's in Scotland work. 

No mention of the potential separation of mums and babies due to lack of capacity to keep mum's and babies together, lack of accommodation access to keep mum's, babies and families together, lack of capacity of maternity care, and the Young Patient expenses fund, for food and refreshments is £8.10 for the day, and covers travel for ONE parent only.
