October 7th marks one year of genocide in Palestine. We've witnessed countless innocent lives annihilated right before our eyes. We've seen children in pieces. We've seen schools and hospitals bombed beyond recognition. Many of us have been consuming tech products that have enabled the genocide in Congo. We've seen kids who can barely talk, mining barefoot in ragged clothes. We've seen people cheering as miners escape a collapsing tunnel in the rain, only to barely have enough to eat. While these genocides have been going on, capitalists still want to sell us gas and electricity, and our governments depend on these markets. Let's all greatly reduce our gas and electricity consumption until we pressure our governments to STOP FUNDING AND ARMING ISRAEL, and STOP IMPORTING BLOOD MINERALS FROM CONGO. It's already too late. So many families have been murdered. So many children never got the chance to grow up.  We are not powerless. Everything we consume gives the system power, and we can take that power back. We must act now and get as many people as possible to participate in this collective divestment from a system that doesn't care.
