Noise pollution is on the rise. Commuters using speaker on their mobile phones affects and disturbs co-passengers, where they can use headphones. 

If this continues, travelling in a closed space will become extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

Etiquette, basic education is lacking and commuters are unaware of social and civic responsibilities. If not controlled in time, we foresee discomfort and stressful rides for commuters who are more aware socially and understand basic responsibilities.
