As a passionate music lover and concert-goer, I have experienced first-hand the frustration and heartbreak of missing out on tickets to  multiple shows only to see them resurface on secondary ticketing sites at exorbitant prices. Often waiting in queues for hours only for ticket prices to be inflated due to demand. This is a common experience for many fans, leading to high levels of dissatisfaction and disappointment.

A 2018 report from the FanFair Alliance revealed that 80% of the public perceive secondary ticketing websites negatively. 

This practice isolates the hard-core fans who can’t afford the unreasonable costs and it manipulates the final cost of a concert ticket, which undermines the artists' original pricing structure.

Consequently, we call for a stance against this predatory practice. Let's keep music accessible for all fans, rather than a privileged few. Sign this petition to end the sale of concert tickets at inflated prices and keep live music affordable and available for everyone!
