On Labor Day, Prodigy made multiple education features for parents and teachers members only. Now, they have to pay in order to encourage their kids and students to learn.

Also, as leaked in Prodigy's latest ad, they plan on making even more of the arena chests members-only.

What Are Arena Chests?

Arena chests are cosmetic chests that are opened as a reward for meeting goals in the arena. This encourages students to battle and answer math questions. 

Does This Affect Education?

Yes, it does. If more chests are made members-only, normal players will have to work even more than members to get a single reward, discouraging them. Eventually, they'll give up and stop answering math questions. Members, on the other hand, riding their shiny new member mount, are more easily engaged and answer more questions.

Is There An Alternate To Memberships?

As Prodigy made multiple features members-only recently, no. If this update was implemented before Labors Day, parents might have been able to manually send rewards instead, but now they're unable.
