In Vellano, Chino Hills, California, we are a group of concerned residents who are deeply dissatisfied with how our homeowners association (HOA) funds are being managed. $860,000 project has been approved by our HOA board members, and this decision has left many of us distressed and alarmed. This crucial funding belongs to all of us, collectively as residents, and many of us did not approve of this project.
