Thanks to YOUR support, we have been able to KEEP RUGBY AT VALHALLA!! Representatives from Norsemen and Valkyrie Rugby, including the Norsemen Head Coach, two parents and two players met with Grossmont Unified School District representatives - who agreed that the Norsemen and Valkyries could continue to practice at Valhalla High School! Also, the plight of the Norsemen and Valkyries (and that of other Southern California High School teams) has brought increased attention to the need for the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) to adopt rugby as an official sport to be played by high schools.
