The government has ordered to close all non-essential Businesses temporarily due to the current Movement Control Order (MCO), We respect the government's decision and we are also willing to sacrifice without any income. But at the same time, why there isn't a proper solution for landlords to waive the rental for their tenants? 

We request the government to announce a waiver of our premise rental since we are not under the essential sector and we do not have any income until situation is back as business as usual. A proper plan should be enforced for both landlords and tenants to resolve this issue.

We are seriously not satisfied with your 30% discounted suggestion as it's not even an order but its merely just a recommendation.
