The fires in Victoria and New South Wales are now less than two kilometres away and it is expected that the fires will now merge and create a mega-storm.

This not only affects our society now but will have long-lasting impacts for years to come as our tourism industry is heavily affected.

Our air quality is ridiculously low - equivalent to smoking a pack of cigarettes in a day.

Our economy is going down and with Petrol rates rising, no one knows how we will cope with this.

We have lost too much land, too many habitats, and too many native animals.
