I am filing this petition against ruidp which is known as Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Program (RUIDP);they started their project from March 2021 and still it's going on.they have private contractor company in name of l&t  .

All contractors hired by l&t are involved in corruption selling out cement low quality work roads broken deep pits left open cent being sold out and many more corrupt practices their work is not being checked pits are kept open of roads broken not settled again pipelines broken for days water getting wasted 'inspite of all this they are enjoying all this as nobody is bothered to stop this.

BUt they are harming environment killing our stray animals 'i have been complaining again and again that please work safely donot kill our helpless animals ,i kept writing and they kept killing street animals many dogs ,puppies and nandi were override .

Some were killed on the spot some are paralysed and some of them have lost their legs .But whenever the complain is raised non of them are bothered  as all are making money in name of devlopment they have killed about 40 to 50 dogs during this work in Sirohi district .

As dogs are more in number and neglected the most they are suffering daily they are being killed ,I request to stop this devlopment work as it's not devlopment it's just corrupt department killing animals to make money not following rules and regulation .huge team just wasting money .

This Ruidp is just passing money to l&t even the work which is shown complete is papers is  incomplete -pits left open, roads broken animals being killed and thrown on road sides .

Just project to make money no accuracy of work .I hereby want to stop them from killing our animals it's very hard to see when their jcb and crane override dogs puppies and calves and then they deny or run away from their .

please help to save our helpless animals .
