Behind that is organized group of powerful men, incorporated in all levels of government. By organized breaking of official regulations they provide flow of dogs which are, after that, used for enrichment of these group of people by system of financial abuses.

All this happens within public city public pound whose work is, after all, prohibited by competent ecological inspection, because that shelter is situated at city landfill! That prohibition is, because of the reasons we mentioned, not respected. In that 'shelter' animals are systematically abused, starved to death, frozen in winter, put in overcrowded cages in which they are often torn apart by more dominant dogs or just left to die of uncured, deadly infections!

A small group of the volunteers is fearlessly fight to prevent this violence for more than 20 years now. We tried ALL and turned to all levels of government - to competent inspections, ministries, police and prosecution office!

We didn`t accomplish anything because of the corruption! We only encouraged forceful persecution of the volunteers and NEW CHASE OF DOGS WHICH BEGAN A FEW DAYS AGO!

We are asking you to help us to finally STOP THIS VIOLENCE over dogs by making competent structures to accept the strategy and solutions which will provide humane treatment of the dogs, as well as make them provide their implementation practically, with emphasizing on prevention of organized misuse which will cause horrible side effects!

 We are unsuccessfully providing solutions for 20 years and you are our last hope to stop this horror FOREVER!
