Judge Eric Moye granted a TRO highlighting that agenda items 1-2, and 4 didn't even meet the basic guidelines for the council to vote on them. Despite this, someone decided to cook up a plan to use Dallas Water Utility bills to cover these expenses, on top of the property taxes. This plan burdens both property owners and anyone who receives a water bill in Dallas.

This unfair strategy not only stings property owners with higher taxes but also punishes every household with added water bills. It's a sneaky way to funnel more money into a flawed decision-making process where items didn't even pass the proper voting procedures. It's outrageous that the city plans to dip even further into our pockets without our consent.
