Ms. Monroe, our beloved Assistant Principal, is facing an unjust displacement. She has been a pillar of our educational community at Hamilton High School for 16 years and has been an AP for 2 years. Her dedication to student success and her innovative approaches to education have significantly improved the quality of our school.

She has done a significant amount to our school, including:

• She's the Humanities Overseer.
• She was the Title 1 Coordinator, EL Coordinator, and TSP Coordinator.
• She's in charge of the school's budget, she came up with the idea for our beautiful murals, writes the SPSA, supports the work of all departments, and oversees our SCA's & CIS.   
• She organized the late night field trips for AMPA (arts program).
• She designed the website and Instagram for our school.
• She even dedicates to her time to stay until 11PM on Sunday nights
  
  Displacing Ms. Monroe would not only be a great loss for our school but also for the entire educational community at Alexander Hamilton High School. We urge you to reconsider this decision and keep Ms. Monroe as our Assistant Principal.
