When we launched this petition, we knew how important this service is to so many people. Access to Guildford is not easy for people with mobility issues whether a permanent disability, or a temporary issue like a recovery from an injury or operation and this service allows people to manage the hilly, cobbled town centre with ease. Thanks to your support, your signatures, your messages, and everyone who shared our campaign, we’ve reached this incredible milestone. Together, we have helped give Guildford ShopMobility a future. We are re-opening again very soon!

But our journey isn’t over yet.

The 2 new scooters have been taken and sold elsewhere! The service is reopening with equipment that has worked hard for many years. Some scooters and wheelchairs urgently need replacing, while others need refurbishment to keep them safe, reliable, and available for everyone who depends on them.
