This petition is born out of a deep concern. Many exploit developers, including Synapse X, have been hit with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) by Roblox Corporation. The situation is inherently unequal as these are individuals, not companies, who are being targeted by a billion-dollar company. 

Roblox Corporation has the right to protect its intellectual property but it should be done in a fair and just manner that does not disproportionately affect individuals who lack the financial resources to legally fight an NDA. It's important to note that exploiting source code can often lead to improvements in the software itself as it exposes vulnerabilities that need fixing.

According to Statista, Roblox had revenue of $923.9 million in 2020 which illustrates their vast resources compared to individual developers (Statista, 2021). We believe there should be alternative ways for Roblox Corporation to deal with such issues without resorting immediately to legal action against individuals.
