June 15, 2026 at 5PM Flagler County Commission Meeting - Hearing on this Project for Rezoning items

URGENT MATTER: THIS MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2026 AT 5PM..!!!

ATTENTION ALL FLAGLER COUNTY RESIDENTS, INCLUDING SEMINOLE WOODS, GRAND LANDINGS AND PALM COAST.These two items are going to be heard this Monday at 5PM at the Flagler County Commission Chambers  1769 E. Moody Blvd. (State Road 100) Bunnell, Fl ,  Government Svcs. Bldg, Commission Chambers 

In addition to the issues of the project, there is an ongoing dispute regarding the official procedures of  the Flagler Commission concerning Agenda on March 16 never addressed these items and did not officially continue these items to June 15, 2026  according to florida statutes as required to with a vote of continuance, and in addition our constitutional rights may have been violated according to FS 125.66 (If the item was not continued to a specific time, date, and place at the last meeting and officially addressed by the board which there was not a vote or a motion). In addition according the Sunshine Law (FS 286) It is illegal for the boards to discuss pending quasi-judicial matters in private where behind the scenes work is relevant to the record.  As no required letters were sent residents within 300 ft, nor was the items reposted on applicants property or renoticed in the newspaper. We now have a concern and possibly illegal/erroneous procedural violation that is being ignored as well.

The County has added it to the June 15 2026 agenda and the county has currently been advised of the procedural error and formal objections have been denied the objection in writing.

We are still fighting everyday, but this Monday is the day June 15 at 5Pm  "LETS PACK THE ROOM"
