Project Esther is an law proposed by The Heritage Foundation, a White  Christian nationalist organization. This act, if passed, would criminalize freedom of speech and right to protest under the guise of “preventing anti-semitism” in the United States. It encourages both anti-semitism and Islamophobia as well as racism and xenophobia towards Palestianians and other immigrants, particulary people of color,  and threatens arrest to anyone, both those individuals and supporters, who speaks up in public. 
The right to protest is protected by the Constitution with the freedom of speech.
