MMU NOW CLAIM

Manchester Metropolitan University reserves the right to close this park during periods of inclement weather or for any other reason, without prior notice

So Now MMU are not complying with the city council and are trying to exclude the public from a public open space

So basically GASLIGHTING the Public into believing the park is private property
