Bryce Witchey, born 2/16/1996, has preyed upon many young girls in the Mansfield area for more than a decade and is finally facing legal action. On August 20, 2024, Witchey was indicted on 30 counts of Illegal Use of Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performace, and 1 count of Attempted Importuning. These charges include fifteen 2nd degree felonies, fifteen 5th degree felonies, and one fourth-degree felony (Attempted Importuning). Review the court document here.

The court has been considering offering Witchey a plea deal that, if he accepts, will only charge him with Attempted Importuning. After years of getting away with his atrocious actions, he mustn't be merely given a plea deal that will shorten his sentence or lessen his charges.
