So glad to see legislative initiatives and the press coverage from the Ventura County Star. Women in tech have "stepped over the cliff" and placed their reputation in line to speak up against harassing men in power, and to show how some employers focused on their bottom line or image prefer to protect offenders and engage in retaliation. Thank you to our policy makers for taking these matters seriously.
