The Issue
All Americans and Business People who have a 2019 or a 2018 tax return filed should be qualified instantly.
Relief:
No payments for 90 days for any rent, cars, bank loans, both personal and business.
No qualification process other than a tax return showing qualified based on past work.
No mortgage payments for 90 days.
Employers are to stop deducting payroll taxes per paycheck until Jan 1 2021
Businesses needing help will have to work with SBA to get app filed.
