On September 5, 2015, Virginia police officers ambushed and executed 27-year-old U.S. Navy Veteran India Kager and an associate on a 7-eleven parking lot while their four-month-old baby sat in the back seat of the car. There was no arrest warrant for either Kager or her associate.  DOJ investigation into this matter is needed and warranted!
