My name is Kathryn j loveland i am from Ashtabula Ohio I am writing you because a young lady named Rand Aldulaimi was murdered in Ashtabula, Ohio. Rand was a wonderful single mother who worked hard went to school  and planned to be a dr before Her life was taken at 23 years old Her sister Rula Aldulaimi is seeking a emergency visa to the United States from Turkey so she may give her sister a proper burial and to obtain custody of her nephew.as he is all she has left of her sister  Rand Aldulaimi has no family here in the States to give her a burial. Rula Aldulaimi plans to return to Turkey after she has done these. I cant imagine being that far away and the pain she is going thru. She is also worried about where her nephew is and how he is being cared for.i have offered to host Rula Aldulaimi during her visit in the United States. Rula reached out to me when her sister went missing and I and many others have  done everything possible to help Rula.
I understand your foreign policy and that you implemented it to protect us. I'm truly grateful for that. I'm asking you to please consider allowing Rula Aldulaimi a emergency visa to the United States so that she can give her sister a proper burial and to obtain custody of her nephew.Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
