A bar called Pier 115 located in 115 River Rd, Edgewater, NJ 07020 has been having extremely loud music on Friday and Saturday nights until 3 AM the next day even though it is near multiple residential buildings, where there are many old people and kids. Cases have been filed by both individuals and the police station with the Edgewater government against the bar. However, either Pier 115 just received fines or the case was closed because the noise is "within the permissible level". However, if so many complaints have been filed with the police station by residents nearby, there is no way the noise is within the permissible level, especially if the bar has historically been fined. We, current and former residents, who have been suffering or have suffered from the noise in Pier 115, request the permanent shut down of this place. It is harming the benefits of residents nearby heavily. Its noises are even louder after a recent case filed by the government was closed as a failure. There is no way such an organization should exist in US above human rights.
