The 'We the People' petition page was removed from the White House website and we want it returned.  We used to have the ability to 'Petition the White House on the Issues that Matter to You' during the Obama and Trump Administrations but when the Biden Administration started the 'We the People' petition system was canceled. 

Citizens used to have the opportunity to directly seek redress from the White House but the Biden administration has taken that ability away from us when it removed the petition page from Whitehouse.gov. We are asking the Biden administration to restore it.

The citizen petitions page was available during the last two administrations at the White House website and the White House was required to give an official response when a petition received a number of signatures.

We want to again be able to write citizen petitions on the White House website. The right to petition your government is guaranteed by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Under both President Obama and President Trump, the 'We the People' citizen petition platform allowed us to create a petition at WhiteHouse.gov and speak directly to the Administration. We want that ability restored. Sign this petition to tell the Biden Administration to restore 'We the People' citizen petitions.
