President Obama: Please consider clemency for Rodney Joseph

The Issue

Aloha!
We the family, friends and loved ones of Rodney Joseph humbly ask the people of Hawai’i near and far along with the support of all of our neighbors, friends and various communities in these great Islands of Hawaii to join us in our effort to petition President Obama for clemency consideration.
Rodney’s years of incarceration has been very difficult for him along with his family, friends and loved ones. Rodney has been very remorseful of the life experience that he has endured from day one and he has taken full responsibility by acknowledgment of his past mistakes. Rodney continues to look forward to brighter days making positive life decisions daily by being the best person he can be considering his current living situations and to live his life as a positive walking example to himself and to those around him and the many lives that he impacts as a role model as others are drawn to his positive take on life.
To the people of Hawai’i near and far, We all know what it means when we speak about the Aloha Spirit. So we the family, friends and loved ones of Rodney humbly ask for your Aloha and support Rodney with a second chance of freedom where he can use his talents and gifts in a positive way to be a blessing to the people of Hawai’i and all those he comes in contact with. Rodney looks forward to be able to hug his Wife, Children and Grandchildren again one day along with his Mom and siblings. Unfortunately no Man or Woman who walks this earth are perfect but fortunately with the Grace of God all Men and Women are given second chances in life as well as their freedom.
It is our hope that the out pouring of support will compel the powers to consider our plea as we pray with combined efforts and collective voices of all involved will ultimately be heard by our President and be given just and proper consideration by members of the reviewing commission.
We respectfully request that you join us in the signing of the following petition on behalf of our Dear Friend, Husband, Father, Son, Brother Rodney Joseph.
From the friends, family and loved ones of Rodney we want to thank you for your consideration and the time you took to review and sign this petition and we look forward to a positive outcome for Rodney. Mahalo Nui!
