Everyday In America, Over 5,500 dogs are put down and Disposed of. Dog’s alone cost U.S. taxpayers’ 2 billion tax dollars annually on euthanizing and disposing of their bodies.Cats increase this.

We are spending billions Of never-ending tax dollars on a death cycle by being reactive instead of proactive in fixing it.

We can change this though. We can save their lives and save billions of U.S. tax dollars by simply banning euthanasia.

No killing = No spending billions on killing and disposing of the bodies.

Instead we can simply fix this issue by giving federal tax breaks incentives to all vets who give free spays and neuters.

 It’s simple For Each "free” spay and neuter they get a tax right off.  Countless of low-income dog owners would spay their pups and cats if it were free. Then we can give cash voucher incentives to people who spay.  So after spaying they can get a cash voucher to spend, as they want as an incentive. Providing Breeders and low-income families who breed for money an incentive to spay and Neuter. Many families that have dogs put off fixing Because they have other urgent bills and this is leading to over pet population.

This is a doable and easy fix!! By simply Changing, We will quickly get our population under control and save billions of Tax dollars in the process.

Come on America lets chose life over death. Lets end the suffering, cut our spending, cut our deficit, and get proactive in fixing Americas problems
