Julius Jones is a young man who has been incarcerated since July of 1999 after being convicted, wrongfully might I add, of the murder of one Paul Scott Howell. While the governor granted a last-minute clemency of Julius Jones, which spared him the death penalty, he is still incarcerated on a life sentence. This to me seems unjust, since he had an alibi, which was never checked out,  since that fact was never presented by his own legal team at the time of his original trial. I believe that The President of The United States is Julius's only hope since Governor Stitt made It pretty clear thatt Julius would not get any further grants of clemency given.
