because every creature deserves a chance at life. animals have feelings too. I  am heartbroken when I see animals euthanized for no wrong doing but, just because shelters, pounds are overcrowded. this could stop the unnecessary slaughter of millions of innocent animals.some are seniors who should live out the remainder their lives in peace safety and, comfort. others are babies just starting out in life.
