Indict and/or suspend the candidacy of Hillary Clinton for breaking 18 U.S. Code § 2071.

The Issue

We the people of the United States of America hereby propose a petition to indict, or attempt to bring forth fair trial and efforts against Hillary Rodham Clinton and suspend or terminate said person’s illegibility for Candidacy in the 2016 United States Presidential Campaign under proof of breaking various U.S. laws in regard to classified and SAP files which said person knowingly placed on an unsecured and non-encrypted private server, uncontrolled by the United States Government.

Current U.S. Code Broken: 18 U.S. Code § 2071

  •         (a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
  •           (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 795; Pub. L. 101–510, div. A, title V, § 552(a), Nov. 5, 1990, 104 Stat. 1566; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(I), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

Due to substantial evidence, not bringing forth charges against Hillary Rodman Clinton, former Secretary of State and current front-runner for the Democratic Party, would be unconstitutional and unfair to those who have been indicted for the same and lesser actions.

Hillary Clinton also knowingly deleted more than half of all emails on her personal account, the same one used on her private server. This deleting of emails, rather deemed personal or not, is a direct violation of 44 U.S. Code § 3101.

Current U.S. Code Broken: 44 U.S. Code § 3101. Records management by agency heads; general duties

  •          The head of each Federal agency shall make and preserve records containing adequate and proper documentation of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, and essential transactions of the agency and designed to furnish the information necessary to protect the legal and financial rights of the Government and of persons directly affected by the agency’s activities.

Utah Rep. Chris Stewart (R), who sits on the House Intelligence Committee and former Air force pilot, stated in an interview with fox news, “I have never read anything that’s more sensitive than what these emails contain,” Stewart Also stated, “They do reveal classified methods, they do reveal classified sources, and they do reveal human assets…I can’t imagine how anyone could be familiar with these emails, whether they’re sending them or receiving them, and not realize that they’re highly classified,”

To conclude, whether marked “Classified” at the time of sending or not, Mrs. Clinton has knowingly sent, received, and created documents that did contain classified information and before turning over only half of the 60,000 said emails, purposely deleted more than 30,000 emails, which were deemed “personal” emails. Mrs. Clinton directly violated current laws by going against 18 U.S. Code § 2071 and 44 U.S. Code § 3101. By signing this petition, you are giving your vote to protect the equality of all Americans and put an end to the immunity from the laws stated in the United States Constitution that Hillary Rodman Clinton, and many others, hold due to their social, political, and economic status. To do this, we the people must call forth legal action from the United States Justice Department against such criminal and incompetent acts.
