Grant Clemency to Terrance Stanton for Non-Violent Drug Conviction

The Issue

In 2013, my brother Terrance Gerard Stanton was sentenced to LIFE imprisonment for consipiring to sell and manufacture powder and crack cocaine.
Two years after receiving life, Terrance's sentence was reduced to 365 months due to the 782 drug amendment. Terrance is a non-violent drug offender and is one out of thousands of black offenders who received an extremely lengthy sentence because of the disparity between powder and crack cocaine.
Terrance was sentenced under a 18:1 ratio meaning 18 grams of powder cocaine is equivalent to ONE gram of crack cocaine. The 18:1 ratio is not as great as the once 100:1 ratio, but it still exists with no pharmocological reason for the disparity. If not for the disparity between powder and crack cocaine, Terrance's sentencing guideline range would not have reached 365- LIFE. Show your objection to the 1980 "War on Drugs " policies by signing and sharing this petition. Each signature shows your disapproval to the disparity between powder and crack cocaine and could possibly be a step toward Freedom , Justice and Equality for Terrance Stanton and others suffering from draconian laws as well."

Terrance's Rehabilitation since incarcerated:
Blackstone paralegal certificate, Cognitive indolence facilitator, Facilitated Ways to Combat Criminal Thinking, Recidivism Awareness, Received GED, Public Speaker, Job Fair x4, fluent in Spanish,
Currency Trading, Credit Repair
and over 30 more programs.
Terrance's record shows he's reversed his way of thinking and can display ethical behavior when released.

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION TO ASK PRESIDENT BIDEN TO GRANT CLEMENCY TO A HUSBAND, FATHER, SON, BROTHER, UNCLE AND FRIEND WHO DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE!
