Save Community Health Center Funding!

Federal funding for community health centers across the U.S. expired last October – putting the health care access of 27 million patients at risk. If this funding isn’t reauthorized soon, services will be cut and millions of Americans nationwide could lose their health care.

We are CommWell Health, one of 10,000 community health centers currently living at the edge of a fiscal cliff as we wait to see if Congress will take action. Community health centers like ours are non-profit health organizations who help patients that are often unable to be seen elsewhere.

Since October, we’ve had to make tough budget choices to ensure that we can continue to provide care to our patients.

That’s why we are issuing this red-alert to Congress calling on them to re-authorize Community Health Center funding right away.

Community health centers across the country, along with their doctors, patients and staff face a ticking clock as much of our federal funding will only last through March 31, 2018. Our communities need action now.

Please stand with us by signing and sharing this petition calling on Congress to re-authorize funding for our country’s Community Health Centers today!
