The Issue
- Kathy navarro 29350-069 Is a federal inmate and houses at A Florida federal correctional complex The lowest level of confinement for a federal inmates she have a sentence of 300 months she has done a total of 17 years She has 5 years left and she is asking for a petition to be signed in her behalf for compassion release I have gotten to know kathy over the years and have had many phone calls video visits emails in the past 17 years she has been incarcerated she is my family friend and a sister in Christ I have seen a difference in her even have watched her change and grow into a total different woman then she was when she 1st got incarcerated she is built for nothing but success in her life for she has been the Role model inmate With no disciplinary reports ms navarro has completed all the classes that has been offered to her plus all the vocational classes that the board of prisons has had to offer So if she was to walk back into the society she has the experience and the knowledge to provide for Herself She has put her story in a book called teen adolescence sexual abuse was published and it is to help teenagers deal with sexual abuse she has also taught a class from psychology called boundaries She taught it to the inmates for years in the prison system when she wasnt sick she has learnt so much while she has been incarcerated she has taken ever class they have had to offer her this has allowed it to change her way of thinking and better judgment Has been a big part in her incarceration Down to the part where she's even filling for her divorce So she could move on with her life Kathy is a very change woman she is not the woman she was 17 years ago she's grown into a total different person than 17 years ago she is built nothing but for success in her life She knows that the crime that was committed they were consequences to it and she is very remorseful for the things that happened during her crime she never would do it again it's something She said she would have to live with For the Rest of her life And I hope that society can forgive her as well she is asking please understand she is sorry The charge was aiding in a Betting in carjacking with theft So she is asking that you give her another chance she is a person who deserves a chance please give her the opportunities to set her life back on track and get her out of this prison to get medical help she has lupus Auto immune disease that breaks her amumsystem down she has had bad spells with this and covid is a death sentence for her not being able as well getting The right medical help she needs help her to be able to be with my family and 17 year old son Allowing her to return into society she will share an experience with the world and more importantly user her experiences shes been through to prevent others from traveling down the dark road please give her the opportunity to have a normal live get out there get the help she needs for her lupus covid is on the rise she don't want to have a death sentence And let her voice be heard she is a walking testimony to someone that's sitting and the same boat she was in So to anyone reading this please please feel free to sign this petition to help her get released from federal prison Sincerely and greatly appreciated
