Buddy a.k.a. "Air Bud" a.k.a. "Full House"'s "Comet" never received an Oscar or a Golden Globe for his incredible lifetime of work entertaining the proud people of our country, America. 

President Obama, please ensure that The Academy considers awarding this dog a posthumous award. I think it would ensure that his soul rests easy after being forced to deal with the Olsen twins for that long. 

Listen, there's no rule that says a dog can't win an Academy Award over a decade after he has been deceased, and I think we can all consult the American Classic Air Bud on what actions to take next. Give this dog an award.
