The Priority date should be used to determine an individual's place in line in the visa queue. Lifting the retrogression to 2014 when there is still a lot of backlog is inexcusable. Please give a chance to those who are already waiting for almost 10 years because they always get an excuse that VISA allocation already ran out, which is unfair.
