Animals are dying and being sent as cargo with drugs buried in their bodies.  A cruel and disgusting practice.  We need to take this method of drug “muling” away by outlawing the ability to send animals as cargo.  Animals also die in the cargo area of planes. This is cruel.  Please help stop it.
