An open letter and petition to President Obama imploring him to focus on foreclosures: it's time to fix the mortgage mess.

We clarify that no matter what our political persuasion we stand as one America. 

We are united to restoring law in our courtrooms, bi-lateral accountability and responsibility to bankers rather than solely homeowners, and demanding government employees do their jobs and protect the public.

We will no long sit idly by as our country is torn apart from within to shield a small group of bankers from the downside of their reckless, irresponsible lending decisions.
