The problem I want to achieve is saving the Earth from pollution in the air, global warming, and every other danger in this world. This isn’t a joke. Factories and farms are emitting toxic gases into our air polluting it. You have people who are throwing glass on the ground and nicotine from those disgusting cigarettes that fill our atmosphere which dirty, unclear air. Global warming is caused when heat from factories and farms use their machines that emit heat to the air which rises sea levels and rises temperatures in colder areas. Some animals and other living organisms are not made for heat. Take a polar bear for example. A polar bear was made with thick skin to survive the cold winters and keep them warm. Warm at body temperature . So when the heat kicks in, it rises the body up to high and kills it. That isn’t good. This is messing with our ecosystems. Cutting down trees to make room for unnecessary buildings. That is killing living organisms that live and rely on trees. Taking away biodiversity can take away things from us. Throwing plastic (utensils, plates, straws, can connectors, etc) in the sea is harming the marine life that is NOT an ecosystem that relies on different organisms. It’s an ecosystem that if you take out one major source you are killing the rest that follow. Marines rely on coral reefs that are getting bleached and rising to shore due to the heat causing the water too boil up. The same exact way when you put a tea kettle and when it gets to its boiling point it rises. That harms everything in that ecosystem and may in fact harm us. We eat fish and if we pollute the water with oil and plastic which is the fish home (where it eats and lives) we are only hurting ourselves. The ocean isn’t a garbage can, that’s the reason Leo Baekeland created recycling plastic. I can’t even bother how people California lost all their homes. Due to fires and how the President and everyone else turned a blind eye. They only cared seeing the flames in the air and did not one single thing about it. 

    So let’s stop thinking about ourselves and think about the planet because if we don’t we won’t have a “planet” anymore, it will be destroyed and you will be the cause. I want to make a change. In my English class, I wrote a story about Ysabella who changed the world. At the end I said “Will there be someone like Ysabella?” The answer is yes. Me. Us. We can change the world with a positive connotation and with a help from everyone reading this.
