ONCE & FOR ALL WE DESPERATELY NEED TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM TO BLOCK COMMON VOTER FRAUD. We NEED a NATIONWIDE, CENTRALIZED, COMPUTERIZED, 110% PROTECTED system, similar to CODIS (criminal database that stores DNA and matches to crime scene DNA). Codis is a database that works and is available automatically to EVERY state, which is EXACTLY how this NEEDS to work. First of all, ALL voters MUST be entered into this system when they register. I am sure there are more elements we can do or add to protect the voting process and us voters even more however off the bat,

THE 3 MAIN ELEMENTS WE NEED THE SYSTEM TO BLOCK ARE 1- DEAD VOTERS. 2- PEOPLE VOTING (REGISTERED) IN MULTIPLE COUNTIES/ STATES.  3- FRAUDULENT VOTES, CHANGING VOTES, PEOPLE VOTING FOR REAL PEOPLE (MOSTLY ELDERLY) WHO HAVE NO IDEA THEY HAVE EVEN VOTED BECAUSE SOMEONE ENTERED AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY TO REGISTER VOTERS UNDER FALSE PRETENSES THEN DID ABSENTEE BALLOTS "FOR" THE ELDERLY, ETC. *****.(HOW THE SYSTEM FIXES EACH IS BELOW) ******

There are 3 other Voter protection pieces that also NEED to be corrected and STRICTLY ENFORCED prior to the next election cycle. 1- ALL STATES NEED LAWS REQUIRING ID TO VOTE. 2- ALL COUNTIES/STATES NEED TO FOLLOW LAWS REGARDING TIME/VOTING/CURING/ETC. AND IF THEY BREAK LAWS THEY FACE MAXIMUM CHARGES LAW WILL ALLOW AND BE TERMINATED. 3- GOVERNORS/STATE GOVERNMENT ARE REDISTRICTING CONGRESSIONAL LINES TO HELP WITH VOTER COUNTS FOR THEIR PARTY IN CONGRESSIONAL SEATS OF THEIR COUNTY...THIS IS A FORM OF FRAUD, ALLOWING FOR A MUCH GREATER CHANCE FOR THEIR PARTY TO WIN THOSE SEATS IN THE NEXT ELECTION, CHEATING THE VERY PEOPLE IN THEIR STATE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE SERVING AND PROTECTING! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!

If we had a CENTRALIZED, NATIONWIDE, COMPUTERIZED (YET 110% PROTECTED) SYSTEM that was linked to Vital Statistics to DELETE THE DEAD, delete OLD registrations when someone signs up for NEW ones, have PICTURES ON OUR VOTER REGISTRATIONS and take people out of rotation when need be, JUST IMAGINE HOW MUCH VOTER FRAUD THIS WOULD CUT OUT~! IT WOULD FINALLY MAKE OUR ELECTIONS, OURS.

*****NOTE- EVERYONE ONLY has ONE FULL NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, SOCIAL             SECURITY NUMBER and ====SHOULD BE ISSUED ONLY ONE VOTER               REGISTRATION NUMBER=== THIS VOTER REGISTRATION NUMBER                 SHOULD FOLLOW THIS ONE, UNIQUE PERSON FOREVER ONCE IT                   HAS BEEN ISSUED, JUST LIKE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER********     

     1- DEAD VOTERS-    THIS SYSTEM HAS TO BE CONNECTED WITH          STATE'S DEPARTMENT OF VITAL STATISTICS. Why? So when someone dies Vital Statistics issues a death certificate. That death certificate should be IMMEDIATELY entered into this "VODIS" (or whatever) system and DELETE that person's name and information FOREVER as a voter so NO ONE can EVER sign them back up as a valid voter and that dead person can NEVER be used as a mail-in, absentee ballot voter again!  A DEAD person in ANY and EVERY state could NEVER be used as an active voter EVER AGAIN. Their VOTER REGISTRATION NUMBER WILL ALSO BE DELETED FOREVER!! 

    2- PEOPLE REGISTERED & VOTING IN MULTIPLE DISTRICTS/COUNTIES/ STATES. This is a HUGE PROBLEM however, it may be an EASY fix as well. If we had this centralized system it also NEEDS to ABSOLUTELY BE TIED INTO DMV and Law Enforcement!  Let's say someone is currently registered in Richmond, VA. Then that person goes & registers a NEW voter registration in Orlando, FL. As things seem to be now, they could go right back home to Richmond & vote there but also send in an "absentee ballot" into Orlando. (SEE BELOW- SCOTT FOVAL) People were actively registered in as many as 3 to 4 districts for the same election AND voted in all of them. Some they showed up for to live vote, some they mailed in absentee votes. So, how to stop this? The system will keep trac of EVERYONE and their Voter Registration Number's (assigned for LIFE, even if they move) So, when that same person drives from Richmond to Orlando and signs up for a new registration in Orlando, the system will 1-pull them up by name, old address, social security number & voter registration number. Then, it will SIMPLY update the Richmond address to the Orlando address (period). They'll have their picture taken for their new Orlando registration and THERE WILL NO LONGER BE A VOTER REGISTRATION IN RICHMOND FOR THIS PERSON. If they try to vote in Richmond next month, when the Richmond registrar pulls up their voter registration number, it WILL show where they went to Orlando the month before, the picture they took in Orlando and that they NO LONGER ARE REGISTERED IN VIRGINIA! 

     3- VOTES BEING CHANGED, IDENTITY STOLEN FOR VOTER FRAUD, ETC- .        A- The Voter Identification Number that SHOULD be with someone FOREVER, should be able to be accessed through a website at any and all times. If we have a Social Security and a DMV site, this would be no different. We should be able to have a site where we "follow our Registration number" from before the vote to show us where we vote, what is on our upcoming ballot to AFTER the vote, verifying HOW we voted is indeed HOW WE VOTED and that it REMAINS that way and that OUR VOTE GETS COUNTED AS WE INTENDED IT TOO!

        B- This same system could automatically help with voter registration that is fraudulent SIMPLY BY PASSING THE LAWS TO REQUIRE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION ON OUR VOTER IDENTIFICATIONS. ANYONE Stealing another's Identity to commit voter fraud (sign them up then mail-in absentee ballot) would NOT be able to do this to an 80 yr old if they were in their 20s. Secondly, this system should give the option to ANYONE, like a daughter,son, etc who has power of attorney over their Parent or anyone with health, dementia issues who they KNOW will not, should not be voting where they can bring their power of attorney paperwork and put a block on their family members name, basically taking it out of circulation so no one can fraudulently use that person't name to commit voter fraud.

         1- ID'S  ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY IS FOR THE 34 OR SO STATES THAT STILL DO NOT HAVE LAWS ON THE BOOKS WHICH MAKING IT NECESSARY TO SHOW A  STATE ISSUED PICTURE I.D. TO VOTE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND ON THE BOOKS PRIOR TO THE NEXT ELECTIONS, NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF ELECTION THAT MAY BE. Furthermore, VERY IMPORTANT...YOU MUST GO TO VOTER REGISTRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF REGISTRATION TO HAVE YOUR PICTURE TAKEN. OUR PICTURES MUST BE ON OUR VOTER REGISTRATION FORMS! (THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO AGREE WITH THIS OTHER THAN YOU WANT VOTER FRAUD)

         2nd- When a locality, state, etc. makes voting laws regarding voting itself, counting ballots, "curing" of ballots etc., things that make ballots ineligible to be counted, timelines regarding voting or counting of ballots, TIMELINES OF VOTER REGISTRATION, ETC. THESE LAWS MUST BE MAINTAINED AND UPHELD. IF ANYONE FAILS TO UPHOLD/FOUND BREAKING THESE LAWS, THEY MUST BE CHARGED WITH THE MAXIMUM EXTENT LAW WILL ALLOW AND REMOVED FROM THEIR POSITION IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT THIS SAME ISSUE FROM HAPPENING OVER AND OVER (AS IN BROWARD COUNTY FL). Everyone should have their vote cast and counted however, we ALL are given YEARS to register between elections. We are ALL given days to mail absentee ballots and hours to vote ON election day. We ALL KNOW THE RULES! If someone doesn't register in time or vote in time or forgets to vote for one of the areas on the ballot..then that is THEIR FAULT! It is UNFAIR that someone bends the rules for them and calls them to ask who they voted for, allows them to register ON election day, etc., THEY HAD THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME AS THE REST OF US!

       3RD- BEING FROM VA-07 IT WAS EXTREMELY UPSETTING TO HAVE ONLY FOUND OUT THE EVENING OF ELECTION DAY THAT THE REASON DAVE BRAT AND OTHER REPUBLICANS FOR CONGRESS WERE "IN TROUBLE" AND SO CLOSE TO THE DEMOCRATS WAS THAT THE DEMOCRAT GOVERNOR WAS ALLOWED TO "REDISTRICT" OUR CONGRESSIONAL SEATS. WHICH MEANS, HE BASICALLY RE-DREW THE LINES WHERE HE WANTED, TRIMMING THE FAT (RED VOTES) FROM TWO OR THREE DISTRICTS AND PUTTING THEM NOW INTO ONLY ONE DISTRICT. IT LEFT THOSE TWO OR THREE WITH HEAVIER BLUE PERCENTAGES AND INSTEAD OF HAVING THREE OR FOUR AT RISK, NOW HE WAS ABLE TO PUT ALL THE FAT (RED HEAVY AREAS) INTO ONLY ONE DISTRICT HE WAS AT RISK OF LOSING. SURE ENOUGH, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. HOW WAS THIS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN? AT THE TOP OF DAVE BRAT'S VA-07 THE LINE GOES 1/3RD OF THE WAY OVER THE STATE, THESE LINES MAKE MAKE ZERO SENSE! REPUBLICANS HELD THIS DISTRICT SINCE I CAN REMEMBER (I WAS 16 YRS OLD, I AM 43 NOW)  THERE HAS TO BE LAWS PASSED TO STOP ANY GOVERNOR FROM DOING THIS! ALL IT IS, IS REDRAWING LINES TO STEAL CONGRESSIONAL SEATS THE NEXT ELECTION, THAT IS ALL IT CLEARLY IS, HOW IS THIS ALLOWED? DEMOCRATS SHOULD WANT THIS LOOPHOLE CLOSED TOO SO NO REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR CAN DO THIS TO THEM EITHER.

These small sneaky different forms of cheating here and there, adds up to HUGE  NUMBERS on election day! It has become RAMPANT and IS NOT FAIR TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO ONLY GET ONE VOTE PER PERSON! We don't cheat, we do the right thing yet we see this ALL AROUND US, EVERYDAY! This is going on in EVERY TOWN, COUNTY AND STATE. We see this "Red to Blue" change that makes NO SENSE to the people that ACTUALLY LIVE IN THE AREAS WHERE "THEY" CLAIM IT IS HAPPENING. We, including myself, will NEVER believe that. It started with VA, now they are working their way down South and over West, soon to take over ALL RED STATES. They "melt" these fraudulent votes in a little here and there, just enough to win but not enough to look suspicious, as if non-voters have all of a sudden started to vote, more and more every year. BECAUSE ONCE THE RACE IS CALLED, NO ONE EVER GOES BACK AND LOOKS. THESE DISTRICTS NEED TO BE DUG, REALLY DUG INTO. TO LOOK INTO THE DEAD, MULTIPLE VOTERS, THE ADDRESSES FOR THE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES WHERE THE NAMES OF THOSE WHO VOTE HAVE ZERO IDEA THEY EVEN VOTED AND WHOSE CHILDREN HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY OVER THEM AND STILL HAVE NO CUE THEIR DEMENTIA DIAGNOSED PARENT VOTED. CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA, (VA-7 WHICH DAVE BRAT JUST LOST) THE REGISTRAR WAS SUED 2 YRS AGO FOR FRAUDULENT VOTING OF: THESE 2 THINGS, DEAD PEOPLE VOTING AND PEOPLE VOTED IN CHESTERFIELD THAT ALSO VOTED IN TWO OTHER COUNTIES IN VA ON THE EXACT SAME DAY IN EXACT SAME ELECTION. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD ABOUT IT.
