Members of the grass roots community including the long-term Secretary and 900 plus members NAACP (Branch 2086), the second largest branch in the state has been disenfranchised as the branch is opening in violation of the by-laws. To compound the trajedy an African American young man, with mental illness was slain by Jersey City police officers.
