Instead of tackling the suspected cause of the DDoS attacks known as the individual or group "ExFocus", Rutgers' computer network upgrade has once again failed against similar attacks, yet again crippling the network infrastructure. As a result, a full or partial refund should be in order for the "upgrade" that was made to protect not just our identities, but also preserve the data service that we rightfully pay for.
